T-Mobile Store Burglarized In Glen Ellyn: Cops

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Glen Ellyn police are investigating a burglary that took place at a T-Mobile store in the early morning hours of Oct. 1. Several phones were stolen during the break-in and burglary, which took place at the store on 289 Roosevelt Rd.

According to police, a suspect or suspects entered the store just after 1 a.m. T-Mobile staff told police that the following items were stolen during the burglary:

• iPhone 8 Plus
• iPhone X
• 2 iPhone XS models

The burglary is similar to others that were recently reported and caused thousands of dollars in losses in other suburbs, including Aurora and Westmont. In Aurora, police say burglars stole more than $12,000 in items from a T-Mobile store right around the same time.
