Teen Arrested for Public Intoxication; DUI, Drug Arrests: Blotter

Here is a look at recent Glen Ellyn Police Department arrests: 

  • Police arrested Grant J. Jarrett, 19, of 600 Forest Ave., at his home at 1 a.m. on June 27 for illegal access to alcohol for minors.
  • Zachariah A. Kohley, 19, of St. Charles was arrested on July 16 at 535 Duane and charged with public intoxication for an incident that occurred on June 27.
  • Police arrested Shelby L. Richmond, 26, of 703 W. Liberty, at 10:04 p.m. on July 12 at St. Charles and Lenox for driving while license suspended, failure to secure a child into a restraint system, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic control device.
  • Police arrested Jennifer R. Marriott, 32, of 603 Pershing Ave., at the Jewel-Osco, 599 Roosevelt, at 11:24 a.m. on July 13 for retail theft.
  • Lisa A. Elyes, 52, of 677 Rosevelt Road, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. on July 13 at the Glen Ellyn Public Library for obstructing a police officer, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Police arrested Torey J. Robbs, 21, of 677 Roosevelt Road, at 11:38 p.m. on July 13 at the Budgetel, 677 Roosevelt. He was charged with possession of marijauna 30 grams and under.
  • Cara N. Thompason, of 532 Crescent Boulevard, was arrested at Main and Hillside at 6:30 p.m. on July 15 for DUI and posssession of marijauan 30 grams and under.
  • Police arrested Kenisha B. Smith, 18, and Angel Odelavega, 20, were arrested in the 1200 block of Cheltenham at 6:28 p.m. on July 16 for unlawful solicitation without a permit.
  • Aaron J. Carrola, 23, of Aurora, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on July 19 in the 1200 block of Roosevelt for DUI, improper lane usage, oeprating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol.
