According to Glen Ellyn Police, residential burglaries took place during real estate open houses in the 600 blocks of Lenox and Lake.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Police are looking for unknown suspects who stole credit cards, electronics, and piggy bank cash from two homes during two separate real estate open houses in Glen Ellyn last month. The first incident took place in the 600 block of Lake Street and the second burglary occurred in the 600 block of Lenox Road.
According to police the thieves visited an open house in the 600 block of Lake on July 23 between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. and stole an iPad, several watches and cash from a piggy bank. It is believed that the same suspects visited a second open house on Lake Street that day, but no items were reported missing from that home.
In a separate incident that same day, suspects visited an open house in the 600 block of Lenox between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Police say the suspects removed financial documents and credit cards from the home. The thieves reportedly used the credit cards to make more than $1,000 in charges later that day.
