Aggravated Robbery

Police arrested two teens on July 29 for aggravated battery. The teens were taken into custody at 535 Duane. Curshaun L. Pruitt, 19, of 172 S. Highpoint Drive in Romeoville, and Miguel D. Ford, 19, of 167 Mountain Laurel Court in Romeoville, were both charged with aggravated battery for an incident that occurred on June 15.

Speeding, Illegal Transport of Alcohol

A 26-year-old St. Charles man faces charges after he was arrested at Geneve and Evergreen at 4:22 p.m. on July 26. Police charged Khristian R. Dearborn with obstructing identification, speeding, driving while license revoked and illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor.

Public Intoxication

Police arrested a 59-year-old man at Park and Pennsylvania for public intoxication. John D. Page, who lives at PADS, 703 W. Liberty, was taken into custody at 6:19 p.m. on July 26.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Police arrested Anthony D. Walker, 57, of 417 N. Main St. in Glen Ellyn, at 6:50 p.m. on July 26 in the 400 block of Main for possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI

Police arrested Gerardo Diaz, 29, at Main and Hawthorne at 1:13 a.m. on July 26. He is charged with aggravated DUI, driving while license revoked, improper lane usage, improper turn, operating uninsured motor vehicle, and unlawful display of license plates.

Domestic Battery

Police arrested Papa A. Williams, 30, of Hanover Park, at 11:11 p.m. on July 27 at 535 Duane for domestic battery.

Drug Charges

Police arrested Joseph V. Mitchell, 23, of Glen Ellyn, at 3:04 a.m. on July 27 in the 300 block of Spruce for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and violation of bail bond.

Driving While License Revoked

Police arrested Billy G. Carson, 23, of Chicago, at Walgreen, 324 Roosevelt, at 1:30 a.m. on July 28 for driving while license revoked and for an in-state warrant.

Unlawful Solicitation

Police arrested Tyrone Scott, 24, of Berwyn, at 5:44 a.m. on July 29 in the 400 block of Greenfield for unlawful solicitation.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Police arrested Amanda L. King, 28, of Glen Ellyn, at 11:17 p.m. on July 29 at the Budgetel Inn, 675 Roosevelt, and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Unlawful Solicitation

Police arrested Dominique J. Dismukes, 26, of Chicago at Elm and Lincoln and 6:23 p.m. on July 29. He is charged with unlawful solicitation.

Unlawful Solicitation

Police arrested Derrick L. Gates, 21, of Birmingham, Alabama, at 7:02 p.m. on July 30 in the 500 block of Bryant Gates. He is charged with unlawful solicitation.

Criminal Trespassing

Police arrested three Glen Ellyn man for trespassing at Sunset Pool, 483 Fairview. Those charged with trespassing to property are: Thomas P. O’Mara, 21, of 577 Wilshire; John Smid, 22, of 290 Illinois Street; and Peter A. Svodboda, 23, of 407 Turner Ave. They were all arrested at Sunset Pool at 1:09 a.m. on Aug. 1.

Driving While License Suspended

Police arrested Alethea S. Toney, 28, of Bellwood, at 11 a.m. on Aug. 1 at Roosevelt Road and Pershing Avenue for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid registration.

Unlawful Solicitation

Police arrested two women for unlawful solicitation at The Arbors, 330 Cedar Lane, at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 1. Tatiana Powell, 27, of Chicago, and Jasmin O. Chako, 21, of Des Plaines, were both charged with unlawful solicitation without a permit.

DUI

Police arrested Daniel P. Taylor, of 22 W631 Arbor Lane in Glen Ellyn, in the 499 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at 11:37 p.m. on Aug. 1 for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.

Resisting a Peace Officer

Police arrested Michael J. Pivoney, 50, of 1S311 Valley Drive in Lombard, on Aug. 1 at 535 Duane for resisting a peace officer, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and speeding following an incident that occurred on June 23.

Possession of Drug Equipment

Annette N. Borowski, 32, of 602 Pershing Ave., was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 2 in the 600 block of Pershing for possession of drug equipment

DUI

Police arrested Emikdaj Zegaj, 25, of 1130 S. Lorraine Road, at 11:32 p.m. on Aug. 2 at Roosevelt and Parkside for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper passing.
