Want to be fit for gym class? Practice physical education like running, jogging, pushups, and jumping jacks. Exercise is not complete without healthy food. Try eating fruits, vegetables, roti (Indian bread), and dosa (Indian rice pancake).

Good habits are the main thing to get you ready for school. First, adjust your daily schedule according to school. This includes waking up early, eating according to school time, learning and reading for some time daily, reducing TV times, and being organized. Practicing your manners now will show teachers and students that you are a respectful and kind student. Try practicing kind phrases like thank you, you're welcome, and, if you attend Islamic school like I do, practice saying Assalamualaikum (peace be upon you),.

Hope these tips help you get ready for school! All the best.
