A Toda Madre Opens in Glen Ellyn

A popular Geneva restaurant has moved to Glen Ellyn.

A Toda Madre opened on Nov. 4 at 499 N. Main St. in Glen Ellyn.

The restaurant serves a variety of unique tacos including: the chilango, which is made up of grilled skirt steak, chicharron, cilantro-onion and salsa verde; and the atun, which is pan fried tuna, celery aioli, arugula, avocado, lemon confit and habanero.

For the first couple months the restaurant is open, seating will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Call ahead seating will be accepted starting every evening at 5:45 p.m. by calling 630-474-0969. When you call, the host will give you an estimated wait time, ask for your cell phone number and then send you a text message when your table is just about ready, according to A Toda Madre’s Facebook page.
