Village Offices Closed/Holiday Refuse & Recycling Schedule Due to the Memorial Day Holiday on Monday, May 31, regular refuse, recycling, yard waste and composting collection will occur on Tuesday, June 1. Additionally, Village offices will be closed Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day. Ceremony at Lake Ellyn Park Join the Glen Ellyn American Legion Post 3 as they honor our country's veterans at the Memorial Day Ceremony held Monday, May 31, beginning at 11 a.m. The event will be held at Lake Ellyn Park, 645 Lenox Road.
