Wheaton Coronavirus Update: 548 New Cases In Past 2 Weeks

Since March, Wheaton has reported 1,532 cases of coronavirus.

WHEATON, IL — In Wheaton, the number of coronavirus cases has increased by 548 in the past two weeks, according to information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD).

As of Oct. 28, there had been 984 cases reported in Wheaton. The total number of cases reported in Wheaton as of Nov. 11 was 1,532.

Wheaton has had 27 confirmed deaths since the county started tracking its coronavirus numbers, DCHD data shows.

In nearby Glen Ellyn, the coronavirus case count went up by 342 cases in the past two weeks.

On Oct. 28, the village had reported 785 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 1,127 as of Nov. 11.
