Wheaton Man Charged With Masturbating On Glen Ellyn Prairie Path
Police say he was caught masturbating on the public pathway on two separate occasions.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — A Wheaton man has been charged with public indecency after he was allegedly seen masturbating along Prairie Path in Glen Ellyn on two separate occasions. Benjamin Moore, 21, is accused of touching himself on the pathway near Danby Park in 2017 and 2018, according to police.
Police say the first alleged incident took place on Nov. 2, 2017 and the second was reported on June 12, according to police. After an ongoing investigation, law enforcement secured a warrant for Moore's arrest on Tuesday.
He turned himself in later that day and was released on $300 cash bond, according to a news release from Glen Ellyn police.

Moore is set to appear in court again on August 16.
