Where To Go Sledding In Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — If you're youngster is eager to get out of the house during the winter, it might be a fun option to go sledding. Glen Ellyn's Park District lists the hill at Newton Park as one of the village's great spots to have your own sledding adventure.

Newton Park's sled hill is open from dawn until dusk during the winter months. Families can bring their sleds to zoom down the hillside once enough snow has fallen. The Park District notes that sledding is not supervised at Newton Park, so residents must decide themselves whether conditions are prime for sledding.
