Change lives, teach peace, spread love! Join our community of yoga at FCCGE! Asana, breath, mantra and relaxation are used to promote specific effects in the body that promote self-discovery. Students will have their own practice in a group setting and are challenged without being overwhelmed. Weekly classes will begin Monday September 11 at 9:30 am.
