$11K Motorcycle Stolen From Lot; Curfew Violators: Blotter

Seven juveniles were cited under Village ordinance for a curfew violation at 3:19 a.m. Aug. 17, at Flick Park, 3600 Glenview Road. They were released to their parents.
RETAIL THEFT

- An employee of a business in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road reported at 10:28 a.m. Aug. 17, a male walked around the store, gathered items in a basket and fled the store with the items without paying. Reported loss is $300.
- An employee of a business in the 2200 block of Willow Road called police at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 20, to report that two days earlier, two males left the store with alcohol bottles without paying for them. They entered an older model vehicle and left the lot.
- An employee of a business in the 1900 block of Tower Drive reported at 1:29 p.m. Aug. 23, a female took a purse from the sales floor and left the store without paying for it. Reported loss is $275.
STOLEN VEHICLE
A resident in the 1100 block of Castilian Court called police on Aug. 18 to report that between July 14 and Aug. 11 someone stole their motorcycle from the parking lot. Reported loss is $11,000.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A Mount Prospect resident was issued a Village ordinance citation at 4:13 p.m. Aug. 18, for disorderly conduct following an investigation of an incident in the 2100 block of Patriot Boulevard.

POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
A Chicago resident was issued a Village ordinance citation at 10:38 p.m., Aug. 18, for possession of cannabis 30 grams or less after a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Lake Avenue.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A resident in the 2000 block of Balmoral Avenue reported at 8:12 a.m. Aug. 20, someone damaged a freshly poured concrete driveway apron. Bicycle tracks, handprints and shoe impressions were found in the concrete.
