12 Incidents Reported During Crime Spree: Glenview P.D. Blotter
The incidents, including burglary to a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property, occurred in a parking lot on Waterview Drive.

GLENVIEW, IL — The following information comes from the Glenview Police Department (unless otherwise noted) and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS
RETAIL THEFT

Matthew Angleton, 35, of the 800 block of Park Place, Park Ridge, had a warrant out of Glenview for retail theft, and was arrested at 11 a.m. Oct. 13, at the Glenview Police Department. The arrest followed an investigation into an incident reported on May 19 in the 3300 block of Glenview Road. He was assigned a court date of Oct. 18. In addition, Angleton is accused of retail theft stemming from an incident reported on May 1 in the 1300 block of Patriot Boulevard, and was arrested. He was released on that charge and was assigned a court date of Nov. 27.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Kristian Rader, 38, of the 11700 block of S. Bishop Street, Chicago, is accused of aggravated battery, unlawful restraint, and was arrested at 1:52 p.m. Oct. 10, after the investigation of an incident reported on Sept. 2 in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive. He was held for a pre-trial hearing at the Skokie Courthouse.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Rozolina Patsaliuk, 29, of the 3200 block of N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence, a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more leaving the scene of a crash, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and was arrested after the investigation of a traffic crash at 9:17 p.m. Oct. 10, in the 7200 block of Shermer Road, Morton Grove. She was released with a court date.

INCIDENTS
SPEEDING
A Skokie resident was cited for speeding (26 to 34 mph over the limit) at 8:25 a.m. Oct. 11, after a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Sanders Road.
BATTERY
A Vernon Hills resident reported at 12:45 p.m. Oct. 11, being struck on the hand by an umbrella swung around by another customer while they shopped at a business in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
FORGERY
An Executive Lane resident called police at 3:19 p.m. Oct. 11, to report a check mailed at the Glenview U.S. Post Office was intercepted in the mail and cashed to a different person for a different amount.
BURGLARY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
- A Mount Prospect resident reported at 7:47 p.m. Oct. 11, someone smashed the front driver’s side window on their vehicle while it was parked at Community Park West, 1001 Zenith Drive, and stole personal items from the front seat.
- A resident in the 1000 block of Castilian Court called police at 8:44 a.m. Oct. 13, to report someone broke a window on their vehicle during the overnight hours and removed numerous power tools.
- A citizen reported at 7:06 a.m. Oct. 14, someone shattered two driver side windows on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot overnight in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive. Personal items were stolen from the inside of the vehicle.
- A citizen called police at 1:18 p.m. Oct. 14, to report someone entered their unlocked vehicle, while it was parked in the parking lot in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive, and searched through the glove box.
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive called police at 1:41 p.m. Oct. 14, to report someone broke the window on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot and stole personal items.
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive called police at 2:35 p.m. Oct. 14, to report someone shattered the rear driver side window on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot and stole personal items.
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive reported at 3:01 p.m. Oct. 14, someone shattered the front driver side window on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot and stole personal items.
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive called police at 4:11 p.m. Oct. 14, to report someone entered their unlocked vehicle and stole personal items.
- A Saratoga Lane resident reported that between 8 a.m. and 9:10 a.m. Oct. 16, someone shattered their vehicle’s passenger window and stole personal items from inside the car while it was parked at Gallery Park, 2699 West Lake Ave.
- An Executive Lane resident called police to report that between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Oct. 16, someone shattered their vehicle’s passenger window and stole personal items from inside the car while it was parked at the Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive reported at 7:54 a.m. Oct. 14, someone shattered their vehicle’s driver’s side window.
- An Edmonds, Washington resident called police at 10:37 a.m. Oct. 14, to report someone threw a fire extinguisher through the rear window of his vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive.
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive reported at 11:56 a.m. Oct. 14, someone smashed the driver side window on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot.
- An Arlington Heights resident called police at 12:21 a.m. Oct. 14, to report someone shattered the rear driver side window on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive.
- A resident reported at 1:55 p.m. Oct. 14, someone smashed out the rear passenger side window on their vehicle while it was parked in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive.
- A resident in the 2500 block of Waterview Drive called police at 3:47 p.m. Oct. 14, to report someone sprayed a substance, possible fire extinguisher, onto their vehicle and motorcycle while they were parked overnight in the parking lot.
