19-Year-Old Faces Retail Theft, Drug Charges: Police

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DUI

Brennan Boughner, 23, of the 1900 block of Henley Street, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, making an improper turn, driving in the wrong lane and improper lane use after a April 9 traffic stop in the 3200 block of Crestwood Lane.

Boughner was held on $2,000 bail, and his court date is April 25.

RETAIL THEFT

Ovidiu Marginean, 36, of the 2000 block of Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with retail theft after an April 9 incident in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.

Marginean was held on $1,000 bail, and his court date May 12.

RETAIL THEFT/POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Dulguun Lkham, 19, of the 4200 block of West Lake Avenue, was arrested and charged with retail theft and possession of a controlled substance after an April 9 incident in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.
