2 Women Arrested, Charged After Retail Theft Incident: Cops

RETAIL THEFT
Scott Fine, 54, of the 3100 block of Plum Island Drive, Northbrook, was arrested and charged with retail theft after an Aug. 19 incident in the 2300 block of Capital Drive.

Fine was released on $1,000 bail, and his court date is Sept. 16.
DUI

David Monica-Rojas, 45, of the 2300 block of South 61st Street, Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use after an Aug. 20 traffic stop in the 2200 block of Pfingsten Road.
Monica-Rojas was released on $1,000 bail, and his court date is Sept. 16.
RETAIL THEFT
Theresa M. Treitman, 57, of the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue, Park Ridge, was arrested and charged with retail theft after an Aug. 20 incident in the 2900 block of Patriot Boulevard. A background check on Treitman also discovered that she was wanted on warrant for suspended driving.
She was released on $1,000 bail for the retail theft charge, and her court date for that case is Oct. 3. She also posted $4,000 bail for the outstanding warrant.
During the same Aug. 20 incident, Patricia Economos, 69, of the 4200 block of Central Road, also was arrested charged with retail theft.
Economos was released on $1,000, and her court date is Oct. 3.
