Algonquin Man Charged With Felony Theft: Police

RETAIL THEFT

Steven Foss, 29, no permanent address given, was arrested and charged with retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of lost or mislaid property, and a warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections for violation of electronic monitoring after an April 14 incident.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Jose Herrera, 48, of the 1500 block of Laguna Court, Wheeling, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use, and disobeying a red light after an April 14 traffic stop in the 1200 block of Greenwood Road.

Herrera posted $1,000 bail, and his court date is May 6.

FELONY THEFT

Christopher Pastor, 23, of the 0-100 block of Arrowhead Road, Algonquin, was arrested and charged with felony theft after an April 18 incident in the 300 block of Irving Park Road in Roselle.

Pastor was held on $10,000 bail, and his court date is May 19.

FORGERY

April Garretson, 21, of the 6800 block of North Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, was arrested and charged April 19 with felony forgery.

Garretson was held on $10,000 bail, and her court date is May 4.

RETAIL THEFT

Boris Goldberg, 64, of the 400 block of Poplar Drive, Wheeling, was arrested and charged with retail theft after an April 19 incident.

Goldberg was released on $1,000 bail, and his court date is May 26.

RETAIL THEFT

Kelli Marin, 25, of the 100 block of Weller Lane, Mount Prospect, was arrested and chareged with retail theft after an April 19 in the 1900 block of Tower Road.

Marin was released on $1,000 bail, and her court date is May 23.
