Rogelio Montesino-Cruz, 45, of the 4100 block of Williamsburg Court, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence, driving while blood alcohol content level is over .08, no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to signal, and was arrested at 6:48 p.m. July 25 following a traffic stop in the 4100 block of Williamsburg Court. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 7 in Skokie.

INCIDENTS
FRAUD
A Washington Street resident reported at 2:51 p.m. July 20 wiring money after receiving a check from an unknown person.
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
A Chicago resident called police at 2:33 p.m. July 21 to report items were stolen from her vehicle’s glove compartment while the vehicle was parked, unoccupied, in the 1700 block of Glenview Road.
DISPUTE
An employee of a business in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road reported at 7:35 p.m. July 21 a customer threw a rock at a business window when they became upset. The customer left the area. No damage to the window.
AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT
A Wildberry Drive resident called police at 2:39 p.m. July 23 to report someone attempted to use their debit card to make a purchase somewhere in Georgia. The transaction was cancelled. The resident later discovered an unknown person made 20 unauthorized purchases.
THEFT
A resident in the 1500 block of Pebble Creek Drive reported at 2:34 p.m. July 23 someone removed their wallet from a purse while at a business in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road. The person made unauthorized purchases on two credit cards.
SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A resident in the 700 block of Carriage Hill Drive called police at 4:13 a.m. 24 to report their dog barking and what sounded like the locked screen door rattling. The resident looked outside and saw a person wearing a white shirt running in the alleyway adjacent to their house. The resident suspects juveniles.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A resident in the 2000 block of Tower Drive called police at 4:31 p.m. July 25 to report having an argument with their neighbor. The neighbors comments alarmed and disturbed the complainant.
SPEEDING
A 17-year-old Glenview resident was cited for speeding more than 25 mph over the limit at 7:32 p.m. July 25 in the 4000 block of West Lake Avenue. They were released on an I-bond with a court date set for Aug. 21 at Skokie Courthouse.
