Jailed Chicago Man Accused Of 4 Glenview Retail Thefts: Blotter
The 19-year-old was arrested and charged with the crimes while in custody at the Cook County Jail: Glenview Police Blotter.

- Feliciano Rojo, of the 8100 block of Niles Center Road, Skokie, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence with a revoked driver's license, driving on a revoked driver's license, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 11:01 p.m. July 12 following a well-being check in the 400 block of Glenview Road. He was held for a bond hearing at the Skokie Courthouse.
- Jermaine Johnson, of the 1400 block of Lavergne Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 10:56 a.m. July 13 in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on bond and was assigned a court date of Aug. 4 in Skokie.
RETAIL THEFT
Anthony Bass, 19, of the 2200 block of S Hamilin Avenue, Chicago, is accused of several retail thefts in Glenview, and was arrested at 11 a.m. July 14 while in custody at the Cook County Jail. The charges were the result of the following investigations:

- Jan. 22 in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road
- March 15 in the 2300 block of Capital Drive
- April 29 in the 2700 block of Pfingsten Road
- May 27 in the 2700 block of Pfingsten Road
For each incident, he was released on an I-bond and assigned a court date of Aug. 4 in Skokie.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
Ryan O'Connor, 44, of the 9900 block of Holly Lane, Des Plaines, is accused of driving while license suspended, obstructing identification, loud muffler, and was arrested at 6:22 p.m. July 17 in the 4100 block of Essex Court. He also had a valid bond forfeiture warrant for possession of a controlled substance out of Oak Park. He was held for a bond hearing at the Skokie Courthouse.

INCIDENTS
DISPUTE
An employee at a business in the 2300 block of Waukegan Road reported at 2:53 p.m. July 13 a dispute with a customer. The customer was given a trespass notice to the business and left.
IDENTITY THEFT
- A West Lake Avenue resident called police at 9:49 a.m. July 14 to report receiving a text message from "UPS," clicking on the link and sending personal information through the page.
- A Robincrest Lane resident reported at 7:40 a.m. July 17 someone used their personal information on May 28 to obtain an auto loan.
- A George Court resident called police at 2:36 p.m. July 17 to report someone used their personal information to open a PayPal account.
THEFT
- A resident in the 400 block of Brook Lane reported at 9:45 a.m. July 14 medication missing from the home after several people were over on July 10.
- A resident in the 1700 block of Wildberry Drive called police at 10:42 a.m. July 15 to report purchasing and providing Ebay gift cards to a telephone caller that said he could cut his phone bill in half.
- A resident in the 1000 block of Golfview Road reported at 11:51 p.m. July 7 jewelry missing from the home upon inspection of property.
BURGLARY
A resident in the 1600 block of Palmgren Drive reported at 2:37 p.m. July 16 that at sometime within the past month someone entered their home and stole clothing and a container of protein powder. There was no forced entry to the home and no other signs that someone had entered.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of a business in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue called police at 6:30 p.m. July 16 to report a customer concealed an unknown amount of merchandise inside a bag before fleeing the store. Reported loss is $60.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
A Chicago resident was cited and released at 11:45 p.m. July 16 for no valid driver's license, speeding, after a traffic stop in the 100 block of Waukegan Road.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
- A resident in the 4600 block of Laurel Avenue reported at 10 a.m. July 17 that between July 5 and July 7 someone used a projectile to break the rear window of his home. Reported loss is $1,000.
- A resident in the 2900 block of Glenview Road called police at 3:03 p.m. July 17 to report someone damaged light bulbs on a string of lights in their yard.
- A resident in the 300 block of Parkview Road reported at 5:16 p.m. July 17 someone damaged the door lock cylinder to the driver’s side door of their vehicle.
BATTERY
A resident in the 2100 block of Chestnut Avenue called police at 10:27 p.m. July 17 to report a co-worker arrived at their home and pushed them.
TRESPASSING
- An employee of a business in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported at 12:32 p.m. July 18 a past customer who was previously given trespass notice to the store, returned to the store property.
- An employee of a business in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Avenue called police at 6:25 p.m. July 19 to report a dispute with a store customer over their current and past attempts at stealing merchandise from the business. The customer was given trespass notice to the business at the request of the manager. The customer said they understood and left the business.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A bus driver called police at 2:30 p.m. July 19 to report a passenger yelled and screamed when they were told to put a mask on properly while the bus was in the 1100 block of Depot Street. The passenger exited the bus and waited for the next one to arrive.
