Asperger's and Sleep

New research indicates that after 30 months of age, the sleep quality of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) declines. Because sleep is such an important foundation for mental and physical well-being, a poor night's sleep can have a significant impact on the child's behavior, including compounding the symptoms of their ASD. If your child is experiencing difficulty sleeping, you might want to seek professional help for addressing this problem.
