Kenys Andrade Roa, 32, of the 2300 block of N. Long, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, no license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated DUI, and was arrested at 6:16 a.m. Dec. 10, in the 2300 block of Lehigh Avenue. He was released with a future court date assigned.

Marcus Green, 40, of the 6100 block of S. Greenwood Avenue, Chicago, had a warrant out of Glenview for a June retail theft, and was arrested by Park Forest police at 7 p.m. Dec. 7. The warrant stemmed from a June 8 incident in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road. He was released on bond (warrant issued prior to enactment of Pre-Trial Fairness Act).

ASSAULT

Jonathan Anthony, 30, of the 7300 block of S. South Shore Drive, Chicago, is accused of aggravated assault to a peace officer, and was arrested at 5:47 p.m. Dec. 5, after the investigation of an incident reported in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road. He was released with a court date.

INCIDENTS

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

A Prospect Heights resident reported at 9:01 a.m. Dec. 6, someone had entered their unlocked vehicle and stole a purse in the 4200 block of Commercial Way.

SPEEDING

  • A Des Plaines resident was cited at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 6, for speeding (26-34 mph over the speed limit) after a traffic stop in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
  • A Glenview resident was cited for speeding (70 mph in a 30 mph zone) at 8:25 p.m. Dec. 8 in the 300 block of Harlem Avenue.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • A Northfield resident was cited at 11:14 a.m. Dec. 6, for having no driver's license, an expired registration following a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Waukegan Road.
  • A Chicago resident was cited at 7:27 p.m. Dec. 8, for no valid driver's license, speeding, after a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Sanders Road.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

A Glenview resident reported at 7:19 p.m. Dec. 6, someone entered their home through a shattered rear basement door, ransacked several rooms, and left the home with jewelry and cash.

DRUG OFFENSE

A Northbrook resident was cited for possession of cannabis (3 grams) at 8:28 p.m. Dec. 8, after a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Sanders Road.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

A Glenview resident reported at 8:06 a.m. Dec. 9, an unknown female walked inside the attached garage to their residence without permission in the 3200 block of Crestwood Lane.

THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS

A Skokie resident reported at 9 a.m. Dec. 9, someone stole the rear registration plate from his vehicle in the 100 hundred block of Waukegan Road.

RETAIL THEFT

Security at Von Maur, 1960 Tower Drive, reported at 6:10 p.m. Dec. 9, a female and male stole an item from the store. The item was recovered when the subjects threw the item out the window of their vehicle.

SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE

A Glenview resident was cited for driving on a suspended driver's license at 10:22 p.m. Dec. 9, following a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Dewes Street.

HARASSMENT BY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

A Lyons resident reported at 1:23 p.m. Dec. 11, a known offender sent unwanted text messages to them.

IDENTITY THEFT

A resident in the 2200 block of Colfax reported at 6:51 p.m. Dec. 11, someone unlawfully used their credit card.
