Woman Accused of Stealing Almost $100 in Merchandise: Cops

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DUI

Phillip Wordlaw, 52, of the 400 block of Morris Avenue, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating compound and improper lane use after an Aug. 24 traffic stop in the 2100 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Wordlaw was released on $1,000 bail, and his court date is Oct. 3.

RETAIL THEFT

Patrick Augustine, 30, of Elyria, OH, was arrested and charged with retail theft after an Aug. 26 incident at a business in the 2900 block of Patriot Boulevard. He's accused of taking $19.99 worth of merchandise from the store.

Augustine was released on $1,000, and his court date is Sept. 16.

DUI

David Rivera, 25, of the 4100 block of North Keeler Road, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after an Aug. 28 traffic stop in the 500 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

Rivera was released on $1,000 bail, and his court date is Oct. 3.
