Employees Report Being Pushed, Bumped, Threatened: Blotter
Incidents and arrests from the Glenview Police Department blotter from Oct. 17 to Oct. 23.

GLENVIEW, IL — The following information comes from the Glenview Police Department as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by Glenview police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court.
INCIDENTS
BATTERY
An employee of a business in the 1400 block of Patriot Boulevard called the police around 10:15 a.m. to accuse a fellow employee of intentionally bumping into them.
CAR BURGLARY
A patron of a business in the 1200 block of Greenwood Road reported around 10:15 p.m. on Oct. 16 that someone broke a car window and removed a laptop computer and documents from inside for $1,000 in damage.

STOLEN CAR
A resident in the 3800 block of Rugen Road reported around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 14 that someone had stolen a car parked in the driveway unlocked with the keys inside. The car was later found left in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of a business in the 2200 block of Willow Road reported at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 17 that someone had stolen $50 worth of cosmetics from the shelf and left the store without paying for the merchandise.

RUSE HOME BURGLARY
A resident in the 1800 block of Westleigh Drive reported that someone had lured them outside of their home to look at landscaping around 3 p.m. on Oct. 17. When they returned, they noticed more than $5,000 worth of jewelry had been stolen. The burglars left in a brown SUV. No description was provided.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of a business in the 900 block of Prairie Lawn Road reported around 5 p.m. on Oct. 17 that someone had bought a baseball glove online using a fraudulent check for a loss of $1,650.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
An staffer at Glenbrook Hospital, 2100 Pfingsten Road, reported around 9:15 a.m. on Oct. 19 that a patient had threatened to hurt them over a treatment agreement.
CAR BURGLARY
A patron of a business in the 2000 block of Pfingsten Road reported around 2:45 p.m. on Oct. 19 that someone had stolen an iPhone worth $1,000 from a car left unlocked in a parking lot.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Blake Lane resident reported around noon on Oct. 20 that someone had opened up multiple unauthorized credit accounts using their personal information.
RETAIL THEFT
Someone stole $675 worth of supplements from the shelf of a store in the 100 block of Waukegan Road, an employee reported around 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 20.
BATTERY
An employee of a business in the 1800 block of Landwehr Road reported around 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 that a juvenile student had pushed them "without provocation." No charges were filed.
ARRESTS
A 36-year-old Indianapolis man was arrested around 8:50 p.m. on Oct. 19 following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license. He was also issued a citations for failure to signal.
Stevhanie Howard, 49, of the 1800 block of Admiral Court in Glenview, was arrested around 11:15 p.m. on Oct. 19 charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle in her block of residence.
Said Pozos-Herrera, 25, of the 3200 block of West Lake Avenue in Glenview, was arrested around 1:21 a.m. on Oct. 20 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was also issued a citation for operating a vehicle with only one taillight.
A 48-year-old Chicago man was arrested around 3 a.m. on Oct. 20 and charged with driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Greenwood Road. He was also ticketed for speeding 15 mph to 20 mph above the limit.
A 43-year-old Glenview man was arrested around 9:11 p.m. on Oct. 20 and charged with driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Greenwood Road. He was also ticketed for speeding 15 mph to 20 mph above the limit.
Frankie Luquis, 24, of the 400 block of Perrie Drive in Elk Grove Village, was arrested around 1 a.m. on Oct. 21 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more following a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Willow Road. He was also issued citations for improper lane usage and speeding 26 mph to 30 mph above the limit.
Katherine Bodzon, 22, of the 1800 block of East Boulder Drive in Mount Prospect, was arrested around 2:43 a.m. on Oct. 21 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 1300 block of East Lake Avenue. She was also ticketed for speeding 11 mph to 14 mph above the limit.
Keith Daviyon, 22, of the first block of Haney Court in Bloomington, was arrested around 10:52 a.m. on Oct. 21 and charged with criminal damage to property and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence as a result of an investigation into an argument in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
