Glenview House Teams Up with Chef Grant Slauterbeck’s Go-To Brew,

Brewed and distributed from their facility in Holland, Michigan, New Holland Brewing has been bringing the artistry of microbrewery to the Midwest since 1996.  Chef Grant Slauterbeck combines his love for New Holland beers and the ingredients of the season to create an unforgettable 5-course dining experience. Slauterbeck crafts a food and beer pairing showcasing such brews from New Holland’s Gravity Series portfolio including the ‘crown jewel,’ Dragon’s Milk Ale, and the dry-hoppy Imperial Hatter Imperial India Pale Ale.
