Glenview Adopts Fair Housing Amendment
Now in line with Cook County, landlords will no longer be able to use vouchers as a reason to deny a tenant.

The Glenview Village Board voted 5-1 in favor of a fair housing amendment that aligns the village with Cook County’s human rights ordinance that states landlords cannot discriminate against qualified residents who present a Housing Choice Voucher - the Daily North Shore reports.
Glenview was one of the final communities across the county to comply with the ordinance that passed in May 2013.
