Glenview Crime: Accidents Reveal Unlicensed Drivers, Seat Belt Violation Snags Man With Warrant
Glenview police reports: March 15-March 21

GLENVIEW, IL — The following information is provided by the Glenview Police Department as a record of police activity. An arrest is not an indication of guilt and criminal charges are merely accusations. Criminal charges can be dropped or reduced and all defendants are innocent until their guilt is established by a court beyond a reasonable doubt.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
Stacy Brayboy, 40, of the 10000 block of Michael Todd Terrace in Glenview, was arrested March 14 at 10:39 p.m. on the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with violating an order of protection and domestic battery.

DUI
John Flynn, 47, of the 600 block of Congdon Avenue in Elgin, was arrested March 19 at 4:10 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal lane usage and illegal turn in the 1700 block of Chestnut Avenue.

Kristina Gomez, 25, of the 300 block of LeClaire Avenue in Wilmette, was seen breaking traffic laws, pulled over and arrested at 3:22 a.m. on March 18 and charged with DUI with more than 0.08 percent blood alcohol content in the 1000 block of Glenview Road.
THEFT
Tiana Banks, 23, of the 8700 block of Hamlin Avenue in Skokie, was charged with theft of labor or services on March 18 at 5 a.m. after a police investigation in the 2100 block of Patriod Boulevard.
WARRANT
Mahdi Khalil, 28, of the 9200 block of New England Avenue in Morton Grove, was charged with a Cook County Warrant and seat belt offenses shortly before 3 a.m. on March 18 in the 3700 block of East Lake Avenue.
SUSPENDED LICENSE
Jessica Cordero, 20, of the 10000 block of Dearlove Road in Glenview, was arrested March 17 at 3;25 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended and failing to yield while turning left after a traffic crash investigation in the 4200 block of West Lake Avenue.
Juan Pacheco, 23, of the 10000 block of Michael Todd Terrace in Glenview, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on March 18 and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and speeding in the 3400 block of East Lake Avenue.
NO VALID LICENSE
Primitivo Rodriguez, 44, of the 2800 block of Mason Avenue in Chicago, was arrested March 18 at 1:13 a.m. and charged with no valid driver's license in the 1900 block of West Lake Terrace.
Juan Juarez, 33, of the 2200 block of North Major in Chicago, was charged arrested March 13 shortly after 7 a.m. and charged with driving without a license or insurance, as well as failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, after police responded to a traffic crash in the 2500 block of Landwehr road.
Anna Nimerenco, 22, of the 4300 block of West Lake Avenue in Glenview, was arrested March 13 at 4:49 p.m. at West Lake and Milwaukee and charged with having no valid driver's license and failure to yield turning left after police responded to a crash.
FORGERY
A resident in the 1400 block of Midway Lane reported on March 15 that someone sent a fraudulent check to purchase merchandise listed for sale on-line for the reported loss is $1,500.00.
IDENTITY THEFT
A resident in the 600 block of Juniper Road reported on March 15 that someone attempted to open credit accounts in their name for no reported loss.
THEFT BY DECEPTION
A resident in the 2400 block of Fielding Drive reported on March 15 that someone contracted to do auto body repairs, but never completed the work for a loss of $2,500.
A resident in the 3100 block of Lexington Lane reported on March 16 that someone called and reported a family member needed money sent to them due to a car crash. After money was sent the victim realized this was a scam. The reported loss is over $500.00.
THEFT
A restaurant patron in the 9800 block of Milwaukee reported someone stole a wallet from her purse shortly before 1 p.m. on March 17 for a loss of $136.
A shopper in the 100 block of Waukegan Road reported someone took a wallet from a shopping cart on March 17 at 4:21 p.m. for a loss of $600.
IDENTITY THEFT
A resident in the 600 block of Juniper Road reported someone opened financial accounts in their name on March 17 shortly after 4 p.m. for no reported loss.
SHOPLIFTING
At 2:51 p.m. on March 18, an employee in the 1900 block of Tower Drive reported someone stole clothing and makeup from the shelf for a loss of $78.
BATTERY
At 7:08 p.m. on March 18, two men were seen fighting after a traffic dispute in the 1700 block of Monterey Drive.
CRIMINAL DEFACEMENT
Shortly after 4:30 p.m. on March 19, a laborer reported a cross bridge in the 2000 block of Claire Court had been spray painted with graffiti.
DISTURBANCE CALL
An employee in the 2700 block of Patriot Boulevard report a customer was causing a disturbance March 19 at 8:19 p.m.
THEFT
A business owner in the 3100 block of West Lake Avenue reported someone stole a sign off their building around 1:30 p.m. on March 20 for a loss of $10.
COMPUTER TAMPERING
On March 20 at 2:10 p.m., an employee in the 2700 block of Patriot Boulevard reported someone hacked into the company’s e-mail server.
IDENTITY THEFT
On March 20 at 5:14 p.m., a resident in the 2500 block of Fielding Drive reported someone opened fraudulent credit accounts in their name for a loss of $1,700.
