Glenview Patch Honors High School Graduates: Class Of 2020
This is the eighth installment of our salute to Class of 2020 high school graduates in Glenview.

GLENVIEW, IL — Glenview Patch wants to share the achievements of local high school graduates by putting them in the spotlight over the next few weeks. Due to the coronavirus, in-person instruction has canceled the rest of the 2019-2020 school year in Illinois. We know these wonderful seniors are missing out on some of the last moments of the school year.
We hope that this will give the community a way to share their pride in our Class of 2020 high school graduates. You can find the form here if you'd like to add your graduate. Patch will be updating this form until May 31.

Elizabeth Welch-Jani, Glenbrook South
Elizabeth is a U.S. Presidential Scholars Program Semifinalist and National Merit Scholar. She is a Science Olympiad co-captain, Women in STEM leader, Math Team member, National Spanish Exam gold medalist, Titan Tutoring and Test Prep director, volunteer teacher/coach, and triathlete. Her astrophysics research paper won top state honors. She will attend Yale University to become a future astrophysicist.

Kate enjoyed the Spanish Exchange program, Habitat for Humanity, GBS TV, and being an Onward House officer. She will attend Tulane University to study Psychology and Early Childhood Education.
Message from the family: "Kate we are so proud of your hard work at GBS and your eagerness to try new adventures. Hopefully Tulane will be your best adventure yet! Lots of love from Mom, Dad, Joe and Van"
Colin Hart, Glenbrook South

Colin is a lifeguard with the Glenview Park District. Colin has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity as well as GPD's Wagner Farm. He will be attending Loyola University Chicago.

Gabi is involved with Model UN, Onward House, Piven Theater, Habitat for Humanity. She will attend American University.

Lexie was involved with softball, costumes department in plays, musicals & v-shows, FCCLA, fashion club, Titan Pride award. She will attend the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising to study visual communications.
