Glenview Wedding Walk to be Held in February
Self-guided tour will complete a bride's wedding check list.

The first ever Glenview Wedding Walk will take place in Glenview on February 8 from noon to 4 p.m.
This event has been designed for newly engaged couples to explore what Glenview has to offer to plan the perfect wedding. This self-guided tour will complete a bride’s wedding check list by offering a chance to meet with Venue/Hotel/Restaurant, Catering, Sweets, Dance, Dresses/Attire, Flowers, Invitations,Jewelry, Photography, Salon/Spa/Beauty, Registry & Home Improvements. Each bride that registers will find creative inspiration, goodies and giveaways
and a chance to win one of six grand raffle prizes.
The bride, friends and family will begin by checking in at the
Irish Connoisseur, where upon they will receive a Wedding Walk Map and Passport.

Completed passports will be turned in at Gigi’s Closette and entered for one of the Grand Raffle Prizes.Wedding Walk Partners include:Arthur Murray Dance Studio, Card & Party Giant, Catered by Design, Chykalophia Design, College Nannies & Tutors, Colonial Dental Group, Ltd, Daniel’s Jewelry, Foodstuffs, Furla Photography & Video, The Glen Club, Glenview Grind,Gigi’s Closette, Gusto Ristorante, Hackney’s on Lake, Hlavacek Florist of Glenview, Irish Connoisseur, Kitchen & Bath Unlimited, Morning Glory Flower Shop, Scruples Hair Salon & Spa and The Wyndham Hotel.
Some of the prizes include a night stay at the Glen with a complementary breakfast, $200 Gift Certificate at Gigi’s Closette, 11x14 Bridal Portrait from Furla Photography, a Waterford Crystal Cake Knife from Irish Connoisseur, a Gift Certificate to Scruples Hair Salon and Spa for a hair trial, massage, manicure and pedicure, A Private Four Lesson Foundation Program from Arthur Murray Dance Studio valued at $524 and an In-Office Whitening Procedure with Colonial Dental Group, Ltd valued at $600.
