Hardware Worth $7K Stolen From Glenview Home: Cops

An 82-year-old Northfield woman was arrested for retail theft. That and more recent reports from the Glenview Police Department.

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Hit and Run
On Oct. 24 at 10:45 a.m., Bernard Glavin, Jr., 46, of the 1700 block of Monterey Drive was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Improper Lane Usage in the 1600 block of Saratoga Lane.

Disorderly Conduct
On Oct. 25 at 10:09 p.m., Roberto Mancilla-Oropeza, 41, Northfield was charged with Disorderly Conduct in the 2400 block of Waukegan Road.

Burglary
On Oct. 18 at 7:12 a.m., a property manager in the 2400 block of Waukegan Road reported an unoccupied manufactured home was burglarized of hardware. The reported loss is more than $7,000.

Attempted Residential Burglary
On Oct. 23 at 1:56 p.m., after responding to an alarm in the 2400 block of Saranac Lane, officers discovered a broken light and pry marks on a back door. The loss is $50.

Theft
On Oct. 25 at 1:18 p.m., a resident in the 4500 block of Concord Lane reported jewelry was stolen from their residence. The reported loss is over $3,000.

Criminal Damage to Vehicle / Revoked Driver’s License
On Oct. 18 at 10:33 a.m., Brian Cirrincione, 27, Frisco, Colo. was arrested in the 1700 block of East Lake Avenue and charged with Criminal Damage to Property and Driving While License Revoked. Cirrincione was seen on video scratching the car of another vehicle he was involved in during a road rage incident in the 1500 block of Waukegan Road.

Theft (Felony)
On Oct. 17 at 1 p.m., Joseph Madio, 22, Buffalo Grove was arrested at the Glenview Police Department and charged with Felony Theft.

Retail Theft
On Oct. 18 at 3 p.m., Arlene Jerva, 82, Northfield was arrested in the 2200 block of Willow Road and charged with Retail Theft.

Criminal Trespass to Residence
On Oct. 19 at 12:22 a.m. Ayanna Martinez, 29, Chicago was arrested in the 100 block of Waukegan Road and charged with Criminal Trespass to Residence. Martinez was in a vacant room and had been given a prior trespass warning to stay off the property on Sept. 25.
