Hotel Clerk Calls Cops on Pot Smoking Guests: Police

Criminal Damage to State Supported Property
On Sept. 20 at 1:52 p.m., a park district employee in the 900 block of Shermer Road reported someone wrote graffiti on a park bench and skate board ramp. The reported loss is $750.

On Sept. 21 at 2:02 p.m., an employee in the 2200 block of Willow Road reported someone grabbed clothing off a rack and ran out of the store with them without paying. The reported loss is $450.
Battery
On Sept. 22 at 6:55 p.m., a resident in the 3900 block of Crestwood Lane reported being bumped and swore at while walking on the sidewalk.

Burglary to Vehicle
On Sept. 24 at 11:28 a.m., a resident in the 1400 block of Wagner Road reported a purse was taken from a vehicle in the parking lot. The reported loss is over $500.
Disorderly Conduct
On Sept. 24 at 5:06 p.m., a resident in the 1600 block of Greenwood Road reported receiving a threat by telephone.
Hit and Run
On Oct. 2 at 4:15 p.m., Robert Cebula, 22, of the 1000 block of Queens Lane was charged with Failure to Give Aid/Information After Striking Unattended Vehicle and Improper Backing after a property damage crash in the 1000 block of Queens Lane.
Criminal Defacement
On Sept. 27 at 5:33 p.m., a resident in the 2300 block of Indian Ridge Drive reported someone spray painted the concrete sidewalk on the block. There is no reported loss.
Disturbance
On Sept. 27 at 10:40 p.m., an employee in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported guests were smoking marijuana in their room.
Residential Burglary
On Sept. 29 at 9:58 p.m., a resident in the 1500 block of Maple Street reported someone damaged a window and stole personal items from inside the residence. The reported loss is $500.
Burglary
On Oct. 3 at 5:43 p.m., a resident in the 2500 block of Fontana Drive reported someone entered a garage and stole power tools. The reported loss is $200.
