KoenigRubloff Realty Group Broker Stuart Jacobson Leads Program for Instilling Positive Messages for Children

GLENVIEW, IL – April 10th, 2017 - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group broker Stu Jacobson has launched a show called The Stu Show, which is a 40-45 minute interactive, engaging message-themed school performance of original, fun sing-along songs about being kind, positive, and the value of reading. The show is intended for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. What began as writing songs with positive messages for his young granddaughter Eden, turned into a cause that has become quite important to Jacobson.

“I knew that Eden would learn how to brush her teeth and tie her shoes growing up, but I wanted to make certain she would learn how to be kind, positive, and read,” said Jacobson. He continued, “I began writing songs with imperious messages that would make Eden smile, dance and think. Eventually, I ended up taking the songs and performing them at Eden’s elementary school.”

Jacobson’s love of reading was instilled at a very young age. He was a voracious reader.

“I started realizing that in order to have a lot of different types of friends in school, you have to bring lots of different types of energy, ideas, and attitudes. That comes with reading and becoming informed, and I hope to pass that message on to children growing up now,” Jacobson said.

Jacobson hopes to take his message to schools all over the area, state, and perhaps even nationally one day.

“I will gladly donate as much of my time as possible to spread these important messages around to schools everywhere. I’ve spent much of my time researching human charisma and life success. It really boils down to being as simple as being kind to others, keeping a positive attitude, and reading as much as you can!” exclaimed Jacobson.

For the past 20 years, Stu and his wife Marina have lived and raised their family in the northern Suburbs of Chicago, worked as successful real estate brokers within the Glenview community, and are members of the Glenview Chamber of Commerce.
