Man Faces Drunken Driving, Drug Charges After Crash: Cops

RETAIL THEFT

William Dreyer, 77, of the 0-100 block of Regent Wood Road, Northfield, was charged with retail theft after an Aug. 12 incident in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road. Dreyer is accused of not paying for $78.83 worth of merchandise.

He was released on a $1000 bail, and his court date is Sept. 16.

DUI

Nadine Bualle, 35, of the 900 block Ridge Square Drive, Elk Grove Village, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without headlights and failing to stop while exiting a private driveway after an Aug. 13 traffic stop in the 4100 block of Cove Lane.

He was released on $3,000 bail, and his court date is Oct. 3.

DUI

Charles Boderickler, 57, of the 100 block Radcliffe Court, was charged with driving under the influence, aggravated DUI, possession of a controlled substance and illegal transportation of alcohol after an Aug. 13 crash in the 2100 block of Chestnut Avenue.

DUI

Uriel Simon-Rufino, 28, 6100 block of Richmond Street, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit, aggravated driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver’s license, improper passing of vehicle and use of unsafe tires after an Aug. 12 traffic stop in the 1000 block of Waukegan Road.
