More Than $3K Worth of Items Stolen From Springfield Ave. Home: Cops

DUI
Thomas Robinson, 63, of the 1700 block of Simpson Street, Evanston, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana, improper lane use, following too closely and illegal transportation of alcohol after an April 20 traffic stop in the 2700 block of Glenview Road.

Robinson was released on $3,000.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Items and property valued at more than $3,000 was reported stolen April 26 from a home in the 3300 block of Springdale Avenue.
RETAIL THEFT
Eric Huffman, 34, of the 5000 block of Ainslie Street, Chicago, was arrested and charged with retail theft for a May 6 incident in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.
He was released on $1,000, and his court date is May 23.
