Mosquito Control Taking Place In Glenview's Gallery Park
The North Shore Mosquito Abatement District announced where it's conducting operations Wednesday.
GLENVIEW, IL — The North Shore Mosquito Abatement District will conduct operations Wednesday night in Glenview and several surrounding areas. According to the District, the adult mosquito control program involves targeting areas where mosquitoes are found by applying an insecticide to vegetation and surfaces where mosquitoes rest, in addition to sometimes deploying truck mounted sprayers.
Wednesday, June 28 mosquito control operations:
Between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. (Weather permitting).
