Granite City Food & Brewery is now holding daily interviews for FOH and BOH positions at its upcoming location in Northbrook, Illinois. This dynamic restaurant, the 36th Granite City location in the nation, is a polished casual American eatery featuring fresh, high-quality menu items prepared from made-from-scratch recipes, along with signature beers brewed onsite. The new Granite City, opening soon, will be located at 992 Willow Road in Northbrook's Willow Festival Shopping Center.
Open positions include bartenders, servers, bussers, hosts/hostesses, line cooks, and prep cook/dishwashers. Benefits include ongoing training to learn and advance, future management opportunities for strong performers, and vacation and benefit packages for eligible employees.
