Presbyterian Homes Names Glenview Resident Danny Weinberger Vice President of Information Technology

Evanston, Ill. – March 17, 2016 – Today, Presbyterian Homes, the independent, not-for-profit and faith-based organization providing the highest level of quality independent living residential communities, health-care programs and services for older adults from diverse backgrounds, announced Danny Weinberger is the company’s new Vice President of Information Technology (IT). In this role, Weinberger will coordinate Presbyterian Homes' efforts to evaluate and test emerging technology that is useful to older adults. He will also serve on the organization’s corporate leadership committee.

Most recently, Weinberger served as Manager of Infrastructure Services for Presbyterian Homes, where he was a key contributor in elevating technology services throughout the organization to help improve the user experience of both residents and staff. He has been responsible for managing the helpdesk, data center and network/security operations, budgeting, and the infrastructure for team members.

Weinberger, who resides in Glenview, Ill., obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Concordia University in his native Montreal, Canada. Prior to joining Presbyterian Homes in 2011, Weinberger was Manager of Information Technology at CJE SeniorLife, the Chicago-area network that assists older adults and their families.
