Presence Maryhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Receives IDPH’s Bureau of Long-Term Care Perfect Annual Designation

Today, Presence Maryhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (1700 East Lake Street, Glenview) announced the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) gave the center a received a perfect annual survey designation. . The IDPH’s Bureau of Long-Term Care, which is responsible for ensuring nursing homes comply with Illinois’ Nursing Home Care Act provisions and federal regulations established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), conducted a rigorous survey earlier in July.

In May, Presence Maryhaven announced that the facility had been awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Nursing Care Center Accreditation and received The Joint Commission’s prestigious Post-Acute Care and Memory Care Certifications that became available in 2014.
