Screaming Man, Face Punch, Inappropriate Touch: Glenview Blotter

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Theft

On Nov. 1 at 4:47 p.m., a resident in the 4400 block of North Seminole Drive reported someone stole jewelry and silver from their house. The reported loss is over $4,500.

Criminal Defacement

On Nov. 1 at 6 p.m., a resident in the 2400 block of Waukegan Road reported someone spray-painted the home exterior. The reported loss is $500.

Battery

On Nov. 1 at 7:52 p.m., a customer in the 1600 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported being touched inappropriately by another customer.

Criminal Damage

On Nov. 2 at 12:23 a.m., a citizen reported a man was walking in the 900 block of Shermer Road screaming.

Burglary

On Nov. 4 at 6:01 p.m., a customer in the 2300 block of Waterview Drive reported someone stole a purse and other personal items from an unlocked vehicle. The reported loss is over $1,500.

Forgery

On Nov. 8 at 1:59 p.m., Wallace Kator, 32, Chicago was charged with Forgery and Identity Theft after attempting to buy merchandise in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue using someone else’s personal information.

Leaving the Scene of an Accident

On Nov. 8 at 3 p.m., Jonathan Urbano, 20, of the 3200 block of West Lake Avenue was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, No Valid Driver’s License, No Insurance and Improper Use of Registration in the 3400 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

Battery

On Nov. 9 at 11::55 p.m., Richard Parra, 63, Munster, Ind. was charged with Battery in the 1200 block of Pine Street.

Retail Theft

On Nov. 9 at 5:23 p.m., Dena Perkins, 52, of the 800 block of Greenwood Road was charged with Retail Theft and three Bond Forfeiture Warrants in the 100 block of Waukegan Road.

Burglary

On Nov. 11 at 11:03 a.m., Joseph Wolf, 29, Waukegan was charged with Burglary from Motor Vehicle in the 1700 block of Sunset Ridge Road.

Battery

On Nov. 9 at 8:11 p.m., a patron in the 1800 block of Tower Drive reported someone punched him in the face during an argument.

Residential Burglary

On Nov. 11 at 5:01 p.m., a resident in the 2300 block of Robincrest Lane reported someone damaged a door on the house and removed property from inside. The reported loss is over $500.

Retail Theft

On Nov. 15 at 1:14 p.m., Natalie Patete, 35, Arlington Heights was charged with Retail Theft in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.
