Teen Charged With Leaving the Scene of an Accident: Cops

BATTERY
Neil Dritz, 68, of the 800 block of Indian Road, was charged with battery and criminal damage to property after an Aug. 10 incident in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road.

He was released on $1,000 bail, and his court date is Sept. 22.

Samuel Waller, 18, of the 2100 block of Glenview Road, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give aid and information and failure to yield exiting a private drive after an Aug. 10 traffic accident in the 1900 block of Glenview Road.
His court date is Sept. 2.
