Ten-Ninety Brewing Gets Preliminary Approval

Final vote on the matter is scheduled for August 18 Village Board meeting.

Trustees in Glenview gave preliminary approval for a conditional use permit to allow Ten-Ninety Brewing to open a brewery and tap room at the former Card & Party Giant location at 1015 Waukegan Road.

Final approval, which is expected to come August 18, would allow the brewery to operate a tap room from 4-10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, according to the Glenview Announcements.

Brewery operations would be limited to the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The annual output must not exceed 157,500 gallons, or 5,081 barrels.
