Jeremiah Butler, 28, of the 3000 block of Dove Street, Rolling Meadows, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 11:04 a.m. Nov. 10, following an investigation of an incident on Oct. 31 in the 2600 block of Lehigh Avenue. He was released on an I-bond with a court date set for Dec. 14.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Raguel Nunez, 21, of the 3100 block of N. Christian Avenue, Chicago, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 11:05 a.m. Nov. 9, following the investigation of an incident on Oct. 27 in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on an I-bond and assigned a court date of Oct. 27.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Mykhaylo Chorneychuk, 49, of the 1900 block of N. Whipple Street, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:13 p.m. Nov. 9, following a well-being check in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Dec. 3.

INCIDENTS

TRESPASSING

An employee of a business in the 1800 block of Prairie Street reported at 6:38 p.m. Nov. 9, a customer twice failed to pay for their food and drink order. Officers gave the customer a trespass notice to the business at the request of the employee.

BURGLARY

Officers responded to a business in the 2600 block of Shermer Road at 1:21 a.m. Nov. 11, for a burglary in progress. They found the glass shattered on the front door and a cinder block just inside the business. It was unknown what was taken at the time of the report. Damage to the window is valued at $1,000.

RETAIL THEFT

  • Loss prevention at a business in the 2200 block of Willow Road called police to report at 9 p.m. Nov. 10, two males entered the store, filled a shopping cart with merchandise and left the store without paying for the items. Reported loss is $1,212.95.
  • A manager of a business in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road reported at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 11, a male entered the store, filled a shopping bag with numerous home cleaning products and left the store without paying for the items. Estimated loss is $100.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO STATE PROPERTY

  • A Glenview Village employee reported at 7:58 a.m. Nov. 15, someone damaged concrete slates and the central fountain structure to the fountain in the 2600 block of Navy Boulevard. Damage valued at $3,000.
  • A Glenview Village employee called police to report that between Nov. 13 and Nov. 15, someone damaged the men’s and women’s bathrooms in a park in the 3600 block of Glenview Road. Damaged valued at $700.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Officers responded to a residence in the 2800 block of Wildflower Court at 5:49 p.m. Nov. 15, for a report of a residential alarm. Upon arrival, police discovered the front door was forced open. The house was ransacked, but nothing appeared to be missing, according to the homeowner. Damage to the door valued at $5,000.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A resident in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road reported at 4:05 a.m. Nov. 16, their neighbor was harassing them and yelling at them through the walls. Officers were unable to contact the neighbor.
