Trio Steals More Than 40 Items Of Clothing: Glenview Police Blotter
In a separate incident, two offenders stole a large amount of over-the-counter medication from a Waukegan Road business.

Angelo L. Pacheo, 25, of the 2900 block of Lake Street, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 9:46 a.m. March 25, following the investigation of an incident in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on bond.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Fabian Medina-Valdez, 23, of the 1100 block of 11th Street, Northfield, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 4:23 p.m. March 23, following the investigation of an incident reported on Feb. 28 in the 1100 block of 11th Street. He will attend a bond hearing at the Skokie Courthouse.

INCIDENTS
FORGERY
- A Kittyhawk Lane resident reported at 4 p.m. March 21, checks mailed at the Glenview U.S. Post Office were intercepted in the mail and cashed to different people for different amounts.
- A Pickwick Lane resident called police at 12 p.m. March 23, a check mailed at the Glenview U.S. Post Office was intercepted in the mail and cashed to a different person.
SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- A Northfield resident was cited at 10:37 p.m. March 22, for suspended driver’s license, speeding, following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Waukegan Road.
- A Chicago resident was cited at 9:51 p.m. March 23, for speeding, driving with a suspended license, following a traffic stop in the 900 block of East Lake Avenue.
STOLEN VEHICLE
A resident in the 0-100 block of N. Branch Road reported at 2:53 p.m. March 23, a male subject wearing blue jeans, and a black hooded sweatshirt, entered their vehicle, which was parked near the home, and drove off with the car. It is unknown if a spare key was left in the vehicle.
TRESPASSING
An employee at a business in the 2100 block of Willow Road called police at 8:39 p.m. March 23, to report an angry customer. Officers spoke with the customer on a phone call and gave them trespass notice to the business at the request of employees.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
- An employee at a business in the 2100 block of Willow Road reported at 2:52 p.m. March 24, a customer with a dog, used the restroom and refused to make a purchase. Officers spoke with the customer, who agreed to leave and was issued a trespass warning.
- An employee of a business in the 1900 block of Tower Drive called police at 7:35 p.m. March 24, to report a prior customer who was given a trespass notice to the business was back inside the business.
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee of a business in the 2200 block of Willow Road reported that at 1 p.m. March 23, three offenders entered the business and stole over 40 items of clothing from the store and fled the area in a blue vehicle.
- An employee of a business in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road called police at 5:39 p.m. March 24, to report two offenders stole a large amount of over-the-counter medication from the business.
- An employee of a business in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue called police at 5:35 p.m March 25, to report a customer loitered inside the store for an extended period of time and made a mess. Officers gave the customer trespass notice to the property at the request of employees.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A resident in the 300 block of Parkview Road called police at 9:09 p.m. March 24, to report someone threw eggs at their residence.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
A resident in the 1400 block of Glenview Road reported that between March 24 and March 25, someone forced entry to the side door of their residence and entered the residence. The offender stole personal items from the home.
BURGLARY TO VEHICLE
- An employee of a business in the 2000 block of Lehigh Avenue reported that at 4:19 a.m. March 25, someone cut a fence to gain access to the property and burglarized four vehicles. Tools were stolen from the vehicles.
- An employee of a business in the 2000 block of Lehigh Avenue reported that at 4:28 a.m. March 25, an unknown male shattered the driver’s side of a company work van and stole tools from inside the van.
BURGLARY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE
A Mason, Ohio resident reported that during the overnight hours of March 26, someone stole the catalytic converter from under their vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot in the 4500 block of West Lake Avenue.

An employee of a business in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road reported that at 6:45 p.m. March 26, four male subjects entered the closed business and stole two vehicles from inside
the business.
