My approach is transparent and communication‑driven, ensuring everyone involved feels informed, supported, and confident in the care being provided. With extensive experience supporting seniors who require high‑hour or extended‑hour care, I understand the importance of reliability, patience, and calm problem‑solving. I maintain a professional standard of conduct, clear boundaries, and a strong commitment to safety. I am fully insured, operate independently, and do not charge agency fees, allowing families to receive high‑quality care without unnecessary costs or complications. Are you looking for someone to help him/her increase social/communication skills? for 35 years, I have been working with clients who are diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and a variety of mental health diagnoses. I am a certified/DHS level 2 Behavior Therapist and I am looking for some weekend work. I worked direct care for 11 years. I then became a "QIDP" (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional). I then was Case Management Director, then Director of Behavioral services for 14 years. I have been an independent contractor for the last 10 years (I currently work with 20 clients/Mon-Friday.
