$1 Million Lottery Ticket Sold in Mundelein

MUNDELEIN, IL - Lottery officials are asking one lucky winner to step forward and claim their $1 million prize.
A winning Mega Millions Quick Pick ticket was sold at a Circle K at 1991 West Maple Avenue in Mundelein. The ticket matched the first five numbers, 12-22-46-56-75 (04), to win $1 million in the May 10 drawing, according to an Illinois Lottery press release.
The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to immediately sign the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the Lottery’s five Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.

Circle K will receive a bonus of $10,000, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling a winning ticket.
More than 62,000 players in Illinois won prizes ranging from $1 to $500 in this Mega Millions drawing.
