The College of Lake County Health Center will hold an American Red Cross blood drive. Donors need to be 17 years old or older, bring a photo ID, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. Everyone who donates will receive a mini-physical that will include an iron-level count and blood pressure check.
All donors may enter a raffle to win Chicago White Sox game tickets, the chance to throw out the opening pitch or Sox memorabilia.
Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are suggested and can be made at www.givelife.org or by calling the CLC Health Center at 847-543-2064.
