Learn extremely effective self defense techniques from the Brave Way Self Defense staff during this program for anyone age 16 and older. The easy-to-learn moves are based on instinctive principals. There will be a lecture, a deomonstration and then hands-on instruction including scenario based training and rape prevention. Participants will gain the confidence and skills necessary to properly defend and protect themselves and others.
