The Kindergarten and Pre-K Enrichment class provides young learners with an additional opportunity to grow both socially and academically. Children at this age love learning about the world around them using a hands-on approach. Many topics are explored in the class, including:
- Student made book of the month
- Drama/ Plays
- Introduction to basic math facts playing games
- Concepts in math including, graphs, money, measurement, sorting
- Artist or Author study (one a month)
- Introduction to kindergarten sight words using books and poems
- Science experiments
- Basic geography and celebration of nations
- Music in motion, instruments and songs
Openings remain, and registration for fall 2011 has begun.
