Learn about the process of making a cookbook and the basics of vegan cooking from Kelly Peloza, author of The Vegan Cookie Connoisseur. Kelly grew up in Grayslake, wrote the recipes and took the photos while in high school. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and cookie samples will be offered.
