Grayslake Golf Course Preps For Friday Opening
The golf course is one of three Lake County Forest Preserves golf courses that has opened or will re-open soon.

Press release from the Lake County Forest Preserve/May 5, 2020:
Three golf courses operated by the Forest Preserves have opened or will open soon with special guidelines in place to keep the businesses in compliance with the state's stay-at-home order extension. Countryside Golf Club in Mundelein opened on Friday, May 1; Brae Loch Golf Club in Grayslake will open Friday, May 8; and ThunderHawk Golf Club in Beach Park will open Friday, May 15.
The state's modified order permits golf and some additional recreation areas to reopen with operational restrictions, and additional safety and social distancing guidelines in place.

“The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity has specific restrictions and guidelines for play that will be strictly followed at each of our golf courses,” said Alex Eichman, superintendent of golf course management.
