Hainesville Chiropractor Dies in Grayslake Crash

GRAYSLAKE, IL - A 54-year-old woman who ran Hainesville Chiropractic died over the weekend after she was hit head on by another car in a four-vehicle crash on Route 120 near Battershall Road in Grayslake Friday night, the Lake County News-Sun reports.

Dr. Malia Johnson died early Saturday morning at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville due to the trauma she suffered during the crash, according to the article. No charges have been filed in connection with the crash.

A visitation for Johnson has been set for 4 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at Symonds Lakes Funeral Home, 111 W. Belvidere Road in Grayslake. Malia is survived by her husband, Edward, and her son, Justin.
