Knights Go Neon for Homecoming Week

It promises to be a very bright week for students at as Homecoming festivities are underway. This year's theme Neon Nights kicked off Sunday as students and staff decorated windows and hallways at the school.

The week of activities includes:

Monday:

• Salad Day Spirit Day (For specifics, check out this link.)
• Window and hallway judging.
• The new Footloose is playing for Movie Knight at 7:30 p.m. at the Stadium Field. $1 admission.

Tuesday:

• Country Club Spirit Day
• Homecoming Court voting
• Bags Tournament at 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday:

• Spirit Day Class Colors (For specifics, check out this link.)
• Homecoming Court Voting
• Powder Puff Games at 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Admission $5.

Thursday:

• Spirit Day Joggers Day
• Golf Cart Cookout at 5:30 p.m. at the Stadium Entrance. Admission $1.
• Pack the Place at 6:30 p.m. with Varsity Volleyball and Varsity Soccer games.

Friday:

• Spirit Day Black and Gold
• Pep Assembly at 2:15 p.m.
• Golf Cart Decorating at 3:30 p.m.
• Sophomore football game at 5 p.m.
• Golf Cart Parade at 6:30 p.m.
• Varsity Football game at 7:15 p.m.

Saturday:

• Neon Nights Homecoming Dance at the GNHS Fieldhouse at 7 - 10 p.m.
